NEWS ON FEES and HST |
As
you all know, the HST was introduced July 1st and this has impacted everybody
including the club. Significant expenses including utilities and targets have
gone up over the last year due to price increases and now the HST has been
added.
The Executive is announcing the following strategy to deal with increased
expenses and the HST:
- Membership
dues are not increasing however we ask you submit them starting September
1st.
- The
cost of a round of targets is rising from $4 to $5 dollars September 1st to
cover increased target costs and HST.
- Prepaid
trap cards with 25 rounds (with 3 free as a bonus) will be increasing from $100
to $125 as of September 1st.
- Prepaid
cards are still available at the current rate and cards purchased before
September 1st will be honored at the current rates until you use them up. This
will save you money, so consider picking up a card before September 1st to defer
the initial impact of the HST tax increase
